John Traill

John Traill is an experienced financial services professional with a career spanning more than three decades. He has been active in the industry since 1994, bringing a depth of knowledge, commercial insight, and operational leadership that reflects both global exposure and long-term industry expertise.

 

After graduating from university, John spent several years working in Tokyo, an experience that shaped his international perspective and professional discipline. Upon returning to Australia, he built a strong career with some of the country’s most respected organisations, including Lend Lease, MLC, and NAB. These roles provided him with extensive experience across large-scale financial operations, client service frameworks, and institutional best practices.

 

John later went on to manage his own practice as a Financial Advisor for over a decade, working directly with clients and developing tailored financial solutions. This hands-on advisory experience, combined with his corporate background, enables him to bridge strategic thinking with practical execution.

 

Now serving as a New Business Operations Manager, John applies his broad industry experience to ensure clients receive a consistently premium experience. He is known for his solution-focused mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to take on complex challenges to achieve the right outcomes. His approach is grounded in professionalism, trust, and a genuine commitment to delivering value at every stage of the client journey.
